Now Ringling should do the right thing and create a TRUE Sanctuary for them.

The Cruelest Show on Earth goes from WORSE to WICKED. A proper retirement for circus elephants is sanctuary. There are two accredited sanctuaries in the USA where retired circus and zoo elephants can seek refuge — Ringing's facility is NOT one of them. A sanctuary is a place of refuge where abused, injured and abandoned captive wildlife may live in peace and dignity for the remainder of their lives — with no exploitation, and certainly NOT animal testing (cancer research). Sadly, the "retired" elephants trapped inside Ringling are being subject to animal testing for cancer research. In addition, Ringing will continue to breed more elephants for entertainment purposes at their compound in Florida. Anyone who is curious how the "crushing" (training) of an elephant works can see for themselves on youtube — search for "Ringlings baby elephants". Ringling's animal cruelty is ongoing. Ringling will continue to feature other extraordinary animal performers, including tigers, lions, horses, dogs and camels. All animals who are trapped inside the circus deserve sanctuary. This will continue unless the world unites effectively against this inhumane display. Who's ready to stop the cruelest show on Earth?

I never seen them and I do not approve them being in captivity and the treatment they get from the trainer. Take them back to their home.
