Explain why she refuses a fee waiver to someon at half of federal poverty level. Even one hundred and 125% of federal poverty level qualifies for fee waiver. She blocks ADA lawsuits so the buses do not have to get wheelchair lifts as required by law
Frances Tydingco-Gatewood is the best judge. She is doing an exceptionally amazing job at the District Court of Guam. If only her integrity can rob off on the judicial system, Guam would be on top of the world. Keep up the awesome job you are doing, and have continued to do all these years Judge Frances. I only wished the AG would follow in Judge Tydingco-Gatewood's footsteps in ensuring justice, not yield to political pressures. Thank god for her integrity and decisive appointment of the Receivership to manage Guam's solid waste--otherwise, we'd still be paying for a service that we don't get. More GovGuam agencies need Receivership as the only sure way to keep its operations serve the People, instead of serving only those in GovGuam. DPW is a mess--fix Hamburger Road already! GMH remains insolvent and a huge money pit, unable to pay it vendors nor collect the right amount to keep in the black. Now, they're screwing their own employees by not keeping current on their retirement contributions. GPA continues to cover-up the real reason for the explosion--is it mismanagement? lack of funding? or incompetence at all levels? The list is endless. Thank you Judge for all that you do, true justice!

Judge Tydingco-Gatewood and her fellow colleagues developing a system for those that were imprisoned for drug use and using their life stories to share with the youths on our island. Thank you again for your outstanding efforts to help our island of Guam.
