Soldier 76 has very high mobility in battle, group/personal support healing, missiles which can complete demolish multiple players if placed properly(that being said, a tracer, RoadHog, and especially a trobjorn who hides behind his turret will really have a bad time with him) With a healer by his side, Soldier 76 in my opinion, will succeed over all other arrack heroes if you have the right player playing him.
