Dear commenters, I have just seen the comments that have been posted and I would like to state I don't agree with ANYTHING that was said about cheating. I truly believe that Timmy won the popular vote based on personality and talent. (Ps I actually did meet him once before at a competition even though he probably doesn't remember me and I can agree he was one of the most sweetest whole hearted people) So I would like to please ask the people who are commenting negative things to stop. I would simply appreciate it if no more comments would be posted on this matter unless it is to congratulate all the people who entered. We are all so young and this is just the beginning of amazing carreers and what it means to be an artist. In the big picture of life this is just an online choreography contest, one of multiple steps of our figure skating journey. I'm positive everyone will go on to create more amazing things because everyone brought something different. Timmy for example had an amazing peice, I interpreted as mysterious, confident, and it really conveyed the emotion of the singer. Maddies peice was also brilliant, she clearly demonstrated hope, it was truly heart felt and had an essence of freedom about it. Laidans choreography was so different for everyone else. She clearly took the comical and musical theater part of skating and it totally worked, the skating skill level was executed beautifully in a comedic way. Sophia's peice was so unique, I could see the drama in her movement and it was strong and empowering. Kaysa's peice was gorgeous. It was very lyrical and flowed together nicely. She also looked very elegant as if she was floating on air. I hope everyone realizes that as a community we all have special talents that we can bring and share with the world, and I hope everyone keeps pursuing their passion no matter what.
Go ahead and report the voting and wait until you see how wrong you are. It was all fair if you would like I can give you at least 100 names that voted for Timmy because I was assisting in promoting him myself. He's a wonderful kid and how dare you accuse him of cheating. Maybe your just not as good with promoting as I am. But thanks for trying :) Don't be jealous!!!!! Timmy Won the popular vote fair and square!!!!!!

Having knowledge about how social media works will help your frustration. Understanding what inspiration looks like after watching a great performance will also help your frustration. And knowing who Timmy Chapman is will help you further understand how one's votes can increase so rapidly.
Timmy Chapman has an infectious love of skating, people and life in general. This alone has caused so many to admire, be inspired and be honored to be a part of his journey. Put all of these people together with multiple sources and multiple followers out in social media and this is how someone's account can move so rapidly. Who doesn't want to watch talent like this and be a part of helping him succeed?! Voting is a way we all can applaud such talent!
This program has brought to light so many young talented artists who have each displayed courage, integrity, and sportsmanship. Rather than being frustrated, posting unwarranted allegations, and not having the courage to post your name, you could take the time to be inspired, reflect on the great artistry being presented, and believe in the goodness of people instead of assuming one must cheat just to be recognized!
Also, argue all you want. I've already reported the voting, accompanied by screen shots with the time clearly displayed at the top.
Being the best and having better networking are not the same things, dance mom. I think they have all done very well. These videos were awesome! However, watching a score go up 200 points in an hour, as it didn't yesterday, was outrageous.
I think it is outrageous that people are stating Timmy cheated. Timmy has the support of the Air Force and one of the largest entertainment companies in the Central Florida Area. He is an amazing skater. I stopped myself yesterday from posting nasty comments on this because it is a competition for children. I am appalled that because someone wins the fan vote they are cheating. Each and every single child had the opportunity to promote themselves to receive votes. Lets just say Timmy has supporters that proactively used social media platforms to spread the word. Which every other child had the same opportunity. I am disgusted that the winner of the competition has an edited video and is ice dancing rather than ice skating. I watched all videos and there were 2 true contenders Timmy and Liadan. This was not supposed to be a team competition but about the individuals skills not the skills of their friends and video editors. I am not a mother or family member or Timmy's but yes I just went Dance Mom on you all because this outlandish nonsense being stated by people that are clearly jealous people like Timmy the best!!!! GO TIMMY!!!!!!!
Anonymous. Accusing someone of cheating with unsupported evidence is never a good thing. Even more so is accusing a child. Timmy and Saffron were neck and neck all the way to the end. They both clearly have a big group of friends and supports who used social media to reach a wide net and bring in votes. It is very simple, they asked, they did the work and they got votes.
It's utterly ridiculous that there are comments about cheating. It's not happening.
I can only speak from Timmy's side of the polls, although after seeing her skate and reading the comments, I have a good feeling that Saffron is a similar young lady.
Have you ever seen Timmy skate at an event?
How about ever seen a skate mom you've never met, in your home rink grab their kid when he gets on the ice to practice?
Have you ever gone to an event with the boy when he goes around and chats with everyone there?
Or maybe when he volunteers at an event - not one held at home - and chats with everyone as he runs results for a few hours.
Have you seen him skate an exhibition and heard the excitement around you as people you don't know hurry to get things settled so they can watch him?
Or maybe seen him perform on stage when he's not skating?
Ever sat in a restaurant as he talks to the waiter about life in general?
Timmy's life may center around figure skating, but it's a whole lot more faceted than that. He is a kind and generous kid who makes a point to talk to and help everyone both on the ice and off. He's the kind of kid that people respond to and remember because he's a genuine, talented, amazing kid with a team of kids and parents that support him.
I think all of the kids did an amazing job with what they created and put out into the world. They were brave enough to put themselves and their work on display and grow as skaters and choreographers. That takes a lot of heart and trust that what they put out will be received openly and constructively.
Throwing out allegations of cheating is bringing negativity into something that is meant be a positive experience for these kids. It's unfair to them and unfair to YAC and what they are building with this competition.
It's funny you assume I'm a support of the other one. I'm not. But again, as I posted anonymously, you couldn't have known that, just as you two threw the accusation at her to make sure she gets in trouble too.
Both numbers rose at far higher rates in one day than they have since voting began. Cheating is occurring. It is too bad that this site was chosen for polling, as it's obvious there is an issue with keeping people from repeat voting.
Anonymous. How dare you make such an accusation. If you was paying attention you would have see that his was not the only score elevate at the same rate. This is slander and you had better be careful these are all talented kids who work very hard. They are all skaters and are not savy technitions who have the time or the talent to manipulate the system
Her numbers have risen just as much as his have. He has more supporters! You can't complain if her numbers have risen like his has. His friends and family are just as supportive as hers are. Making accusations isn't fair either. Considering her numbers rose just as fast, the same so called accusations can be redirected at her and her family as well.
It's really frustrating to see someone's vote go up 500 in one day. It's very obvious that he's cheating with a proxy server. I hope the contest runners take that into account.
I've only recently gotten into skating, but the natural talent that Timmy Chapman displays is truly remarkable. I expect this young man to do great things!

Hi everyone! Ever since Timmy was young he has been a vibrant, happy, amazing and talented boy. Every time I see him skate it blows my mind and this one takes the cake. He works so hard and deserve to reap the benefits. Please vote for him!! I mean watch his video and that alone should earn your vote. He sure has my vote!

We vote for our "favorite" (usually that means that if you have lots of friends you get more votes) and that doesn't always say we vote for the best. Sometimes it is not what we, as onlookers and family, see as the best but it is the skill and what the judges see as unique that is the best measure rather than popular votes. Which goes to show that all these skaters are "WINNERS" because they are brave enough to try. Keep trying even when it seems you don't get the "popular" votes!
Ever since I saw Timmy skate, I've been blown away and all of his hard work should definitely paid off! I want everyone to please continue to vote for him and he definitely deserves the most votes!
Saffron is a terrific skater! They're all good, but this girl takes it away. Please vote for her!
