Well reading everybody else's comments I completely agree with all of that and I seriously hope that Root can be resurrected as a character. The relationship between Root and Shaw is great fun too, subtle but fab that adds a further twist to the show. I particularly liked the way Root stopped the attack in her final episode to flirt with Shaw! Brilliant and brave and it worked so well! Thanks guys for a great show and please bring Root and Elias back if there's any way you can

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode thought it was absolutely fantastic and I was really disappointed that Root was killed off but she was so incredibly brave and from start to finish that episode was the most gripping I've ever watched. POI is quite new on my channel and I wasn't sure at first but actually it's completely brilliant and I'm hooked! Thank you to the producers for doing such an incredible job and working with such a magnificent cast to produce such a tireless and riveting series. Please don't stop just keep them coming!!!

It seems like kicking root was a mistake. I hope she comes back. Shaw deserves to be happy specially after all that Samaritan has done. To her. Perhaps twist or rewind an option that the machine is calculating, how root gets shot but Samaritan captures her and then somehow the machine reaches out to root, root escapes Samaritan and surprises Shaw and the team! Some sort of twist, if root dies in sure that some people will stop watching the show! Such a great show cannot go to waste lots of action everyone loves romance adventure action mistery in a show! Good job guys just keep in mind bringing root back pleade

It is a bad decision to kill root for good.i hope she comeback in next episodes and her death be a trick mashin made to do a bigger job by root.

Amy Acker you were fantastic in your role as the super hot Root. I think I could put your voice on a loop and never tire of hearing it, and those eyes...oh yeah. You and John were my favorite characters from the show, although all 5 of you 'main' characters did great jobs developing your characters and performing so beautifully together. I will miss the show. I wish you well and I will certainly keep an eye out for any future tv or movie appearances. You are amazing. Alan

Root was indeed a powerful character on this series, and I almost cried when she was killed by the sniper. IMO she is more effective than Harold; Root has been telling Harold for many episodes what had to be done, yet he procrastinated and (as of the third last episode) it may be too late. "Root" was my favorite character; Amy Acker is excellent as Root, and I will miss her on the remaining series. I believe that remaining champions are doomed to failure without Root. Having said that, it is annoying that writers take the easy way out and kill off characters at the end of the series. Yes, Harold warned in the first episode that this would not end well, but I believe in positive endings. To Amy Acker: well done in your portrayal of "Root"!

I starting to follow this show from beginning, and I alway wished for Root and Shaw to get together, and for them to get together sooooooooooooo hotly it was really Satifying to see it happen!!
