With Apotex being a huge supplier of Australian generics and the fact that the FDA in America has banned its products as "adulterated" there is some concern in Australia. Apotex sued the FDA for a wrongful claim but lost the case, paying $1.2 million in FDA legal fees. I think that the TGA cannot afford to fight the big companies so is just shuts up and says we are looking.
