Canada's national bird: Which should it be?

If its to be Canada's National Bird, it should not be the Goose or Loon, as iconic as both are, as both of those winter outside of Canada. Most Canadians don't do likewise, and really, isn't Winter a huge part of Canada?

In contrast the other three stick out our winters, and I think they are all good choices, but the one I see the most in Winter where I live in Southern Manitoba (I never see Gray Jays and almost never see the incredible Snowy Owl) is the humble chickadee, but this happy, fearless and resilient little bird with the heartening song is always a welcome sight on the coldest of Winter days, and throughout the rest of the seasons too!
