I was living in Norfolk driving my son and picking him up everyday in Portsmouth, recently moved to Portsmouth but still on a regular basis doing business in Norfolk. My EZ pass had been dislinked from my debit card without my knowledge. The first invoice I received I thought was a mistake because I had an EZ pass. Recently after my move I received a notice of over $700. And EZ pass says they shut my pass off so my bank would not penalize me. I called ERT and they said my total is over $1,000. I had my EZ pass turned back on and I am still receiving pay by plate invoices, I plan to visit them and try to straighten it out, if I do not get satisfaction, I will be going to court because this system is not working and I will fight for justice for me and everyone else living in Hampton Roads crossing the ERT daily, at this rate, I will own the tunnels. Let's stand together citizens of Hampton Roads!

I live on a fix income and , I don't have enough money to pay another bill added on to my income. I have estimated 11,000 dollars worth of toll fees on those tolls, how can I pay them. I am 66 years old, I will still owe them when I die, even if I am on a payment plan. It takes 2,3 people to live or more with the way the economy is today with the education it's still not enough. I can't drive my car because there is a hold on it, because I can't register it. I am willingly to do whatever it takes to get this situation solved and reduce those fees. Please put me on a payment plan, God will bless me to pay the rest. I even have a police report with a issue , plus still getting fees and I haven't driven my car in 3 months. Some people have and some don't. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

I have traveled back and forth and having 3 kids and a sick mother tends to be costly. Its already hard as it is while trying to maintain the balance for a easy pass. I recently moved and was not receiving the bill in the mail just for me to call them and they say I owe over $7,000. Wow! I cannot pay that so hopefully they waive the fees as well as let me on a payment plan.

I don't understand why we have to keep bowing down to people that don't pay their bills. My wife uses it everyday and and has never had a problem with the system and we keep money on the pass. Just used it all the way to Wisconsin with no problems. We get tired of people crying because of fines for not paying their late fees. Please give me something for being a loyal customer.
