I like Mixom and looked forward to this show but it is one of thw worst wannabe comedies in years. The main character is extremely annoying. Mixon's talent is wasted playing a one dimensional character is always angry, sarcastic and please, the never-ending smirks. Before she even meets people she's ready for a fight. Wont be watching this show any more.

Skinny shaming at its finest.

It seems to be based on real people with real issues on being a stay at home mom it's was how my life was when I had young children

She's not fat. She's got some extra pounds in her, but she's so far away from being fat that that whole obsessive storyline made no sense.

Epic fail. I didn't appreciate the comments about female menstruation and genitals being aired before bedtime.

To me, this is a great show with good characters and a promise of a future. I especially love the son's character on the show. He is a total Republican and is very entertaining. The younger daughter has modern issues and they make her very likeable. I hope for a bright future for this show and I will be watching every episode.

I like Katy Mixon and think she's a great comedic actress, which is why I wanted to watch this program in the first place. I hope the writing improves a little and steers away from the "fattest" person idea! The pilot showed some moments of fun, so I'm going to watch the second episode. Here's to crossing my fingers!
