Do you feel the amount of time you spend on training-related administrative tasks is:
Completely unacceptable, I spend virtually all of my time on this
Unacceptable, it really impedes my ability to develop and implement an effective training curriculum
Acceptable, it’s a part of the job and I’m able to manage it
