Thank you to everyone that voted for me, your support means a lot. But recently one of my teammates, Jimmy Graves, has passed away in a terrible boating accident. In his honor i had hoped to win this award so that I could give it to him in his memory. If anyone from TC Palm could email me back so that we can make this happen, that would be great. Thank you.

They need to have a better process of selecting these athletes. People are voting over and over because they have the system set for numerous votes. It ridiculous. This process SUCKS!! It's a shame TCPalm has this voting set up that a nominee with friends & or family that is willing to stay up all night, vote & refresh, vote & refresh may win the honor of athlete of the week based on that instead of their actual play, ability, sportsmanship, academics, integrity, community service etc...
My opinion is either make so that only one vote per person can be cast (then it still is a bit like a popularity contest) or have a panel of sports writers, coaches or other professional types select the winner!
