First Americans need to be represented even the little tiny states ! And areas like Eastern Wa , that gets out voted on all issues because King Co has 1/4 of all votes and has little in common with Eastern Wa ! It is in place , so party's in Gov can not buy votes of people with assistance , welfare , social security , food stamps for generations and then claim they have the popular vote ! California is a good example with its 30 million votes ! No groups in power like we have seen of late , should try and control citizens with their beliefs !!is not the American way ! Rich American seaport cities are not now or ever will control the people of this land ! Just because your pick lost is no reason to change our elections to cheat , so you can win next time ! That's why Trump is OUR President ! I for one I'm glad 4 honorable electors were strong enough not to submit to the bullying of the western wa liberal s ! Good for them ! ps Trump will be a great president give him a chance !

The electoral college is out of date. Now that communication is so much easier, it should be one person one vote. The popular vote is now the most effective way for the people to speak. It doesn't take weeks of waiting for information to be sent all around the world anymore. Information is nearly instant now and everyone should have there one vote count.

It's supposed to be the will of THE PEOPLE - not a small elite group who gets to decide for all of us. It makes a powerless farce of our popular vote. We're all supposed to be equal in this country, so the weight of our votes should all be equal, regardless of what state we're from. ONE nation under God, not 50 little independent countries.
