His effort was horrible. Looked like he could care less when he was on the field this season. It's a no brainier. Release him. If u want to be treated with class give maximum effort and don't play like a jackass

He's afraid to tackle, always was, so now that he's slowed, and can't cover as well to a point of being average, his usefulness drops down much more. Cut him.

Revis wants Jets to "treat him with class" . That works both ways. Where was this class when he held out several times during his career with the Jets. Demanded an unreasonable salary that enabled him to force his way off the Jets in his fist stint with the team. Dump the bumb and move on and rebuild.
