Cypress Hills Provincial Park (SE corner of the province - on the borders with Saskatchewan and the USA)

Waterton Lakes National Park (SW corner of the province - in the Rocky Mountains - on the borders with BC and USA)

Knight Ranch (near Raymond - 110,000 acre cattle ranch belonging to the LDS Church - hills and valleys of the Milk River - very scenic)

North 40 Ranch (west of Sundre - riding into the mountains to see "The Wildies")

Sandstone Ranch (between Magrath and Delbonita - on the Milk River - huge ranch that belongs to Nature Conservancy and local ranchers)
