Natalie Portman's performance is far superior to Emma Stone's. She is riveting as Jackie. Same goes for goddess Isabelle Huppert. It is depressing that a mediocre film like La la Land is winning everything. The film's backers must have poured a lot of money into these awards. Like that stupid film 'The Artist' a few years back that won everything and did not deserve any of the awards it got.
Isabelle should win. It's obvious. I enjoyed La la land but Emma is not the best actress of 2016.
Honestly, I think Natalie Portman did an incredible job in portraying Jackie Kennedy. Emma Stone acts the same in every single movie, if not Natalie then definitely Isabelle.
Being passionate about films, I consider the performance of Natalie Portman superior to Emma Stone's.
Meryl Streep is the best of all!
