Are you OK with the Packers signing Martellus Bennett instead of Jared Cook?

Bennett's a good underneath receiver, but he doesn't stretch the field the way Cook does. They'll miss that.

Cook makes huge mistake. Packers benefit with Cooks decision.

What's more irrelevant? The world baseball classic or the NBA all star game?

Bennett is a great pick up. He's better than cook. Happy trails TJ Lang too. He's not worth 60 million.

Less history of injury with Bennett as well.

Would liked to have had Jared Cook back. However, he got greedy and was asking for too much money - supposedly in the $7 million + a year range. Packers got Bennett for less and now without the Packers bidding for his services Cook will be lucky if he can sign for even $6 million/year - he will get less than Bennett's $6.5 million.

This is even better than resigning cook. Much better and bigger target for AR. Cook may have just screwed his career with this one over being to greedy and cocky. Kudos to T.T. just when you least expect it he pulls the trigger. Hopefully more to come.

Cook was a great player for the Packers and had great chemistry with QB. He made the Packers offense much more dynamic. Unfortunately they couldn't reach agreement. Tough to see him go.
I hope Bennett can be just as valuable.

Cook should fire his greedy agent. It's not as if the Packers didn't want him. In the end we got an upgrade!

Hell yes; Super Bowl champ; great potential to be better TE; Rodgers will love him...way to go Ted!
