You should not be able to vote from any one device more than once on the poll. I haven't changed any of the parameters for the poll in months, so I'm not sure why you are having different results now.
It is much easier for me to help you troubleshoot if you call me at the station (888-431-3764) M-F 6p-9p, as instructed on the poll. :)
