Does Florida need a law regulating passenger rail service like Brightline?

Brightline between West Palm and Miami is not what we on the Treasure Coast are dealing with. Yours is a commuter rail. Ours is a high speed train going through town many times a day and not stopping. We do not want this and feel it is not safe. We also wonder how many passengers will use the train before it is decided to change it to high speed freight? Then we really have problems with what the trains are hauling. Will it be safe? Don't put your heads in the sand since you are just commuting to Miami. Ours is a much bigger problem
