Although the furthest from door could mean the one next to the stall, and I don't like using that one if there's someone taking a s***. It's weird he's sitting at eye level next to my junk while i take a piss.

Middle is correct. It affords you the opportunity to piss on the feet of the guy to your left and to your right if those urinals are utilized.

I typically choose the one that's least disgusting or has less piss on the floor where I will be standing.

Depends on which urinal is closest to the door. I'll pick the farthest from the door every time.

At my place of work, there are three urinals in the men's restroom. The one on the leftis my first choice, with the one on the right my second choice. The middle is reserved for "my bladder is going to bust and all other options are occupied" emergencies. Now, the one on the left is closest to the entrance BUT, the one on the right is one of the short urinals, and I always get splashback when I use that one, so I choose left even though it is near the entrance.

yes, jay hit the nail on the head. The correct answer to choose should be furthest from entrance. But just as long as nobody chooses middle/center urinal.

Only one problem... on the left or right are not as 'important' as 'furthest from the entrance' and "closest to the entrance".
