Increase ODA investment in education should be focused on two things: (a) basic education - elementary and high school and (b) post-secondary technical or professional education addressing basic skills applied to agriculture, industry and information technology.
Investments in post-secondary technical or professional education must be developed in partnership with economic sectors, not only in the financing, but in providing training and internships in order to transfer empirical knowledge, to allow the trainer to apply their recent acquired educational background and to build up opportunities in the labor market.
