    According to her pronouncement during her UP conference meetings, she was highly biased, so no is my final answer in lifting the conditions set up by the PH government. Once in a while, a distant while, the Phillipines should assert its state sovereignty. Let UN HR attend first to more urgent cases around the world and put the Philippines in the bottom of the lists. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! More power PD30!

    Of course not. Why should we bow to these westerners. If she wants to come here and insult the president then let her meet our conditions first, why do we have to meet theirs only?

    If from very start she is impartial and fair then maybe she can investigate. How could you investigate a allege crime when in fact your findings are already tainted with a bias and unfair result. She have no right to investigate.
