I love ugali..but life has taught me to learn to detach myself from what's not absolute necessity..ugali can be substituted. God is the only one I can't detach myself from...so life continues.with or without ugali

Sembe is the staple food for most Kenyans..being one of them I must just stick to eat it after my tremendous hard juacali job..

oh my God ugali is my main dish, i eat it almost daily and if could never eat it again i think i could be sick.

I eat ugali as alternative meal not the only meal. Am so used to it that I would miss if I don't eat after say a week.
