I don't think the housing prices will continue to increase for the next years, you "experts'" don't fool me I won't be buying expensive trashy houses any soon.

What these CA Housing articles never seem to mention is that CA incomes are very low compared to CA housing. Especially for those first time buyers. So college grads who have got a few years of savings and careers still can't afford to buy. And many who have bought homes in the past 3 years at prices higher than than the pre recession prices are already upside down...they just don't know it yet.

INCOMES NEVER CAUGHT UP WGIVE- AND I GOT A FEELING IT WON' T BE EMPLOYERS INCREASING INCOMES BY ANY SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT. ECONOMIST AND THEIR ECON PREDICTIONS SEEM TO BE PRETTY WORTHLESS -DIDN'T 2007 AND WORLD ECONOMIC COLLASPE PROVE THAT. AND WHO WOULD TRUST ANYTHING CAR WOULD SAY THEY- HIGHER HOME $ = MORE $ FOR CAR. ITH THE COST OF HOUSING IN CA...CALIFORNIA'S SPEND 60% OF THEIR INCOME ON HOUSING. SO DO THEY LIVE ON CREDIT CARDS AT 20% INTEREST TO PAY FOR FOOD, UTILITIES? AT SOME POINT SOMETHING WILL HAVE TO . THE ONLY REAL TRUTH- CA DIDN'T LEARN ANY LESSONS 10 YEARS AGO :)
