However great a player you may be , you necessarily do not make a great coach. Currently we require somebody to gel the team together , which I guess Kumble failed. It's not just Virat vs Kumble , but most members , including the seniors, support Virat in this matter. Ravi, in his last tenure had bonded the then team , in shambles,together and had brought them up. Actually there was no need for a change. Ravi , as a comentator , with his vast experience of having observed all the greats perform over tricky situations which have led their team to victory or defeat , can definitely inpart inspiration and guidance to the current lot. Surely he deserves to be reinstated .

This is absurd and absolutely no process, entire process and steps are made to make Ravi Shastri coach of India. God only can save Indian cricket. I'm stopping following cricket from now on and i hate Virat Kohli to core after this entire episode
