Seemed more like Hussain Nawaz was dictating the speech to her. But this particular video does not show his lips as he was speaking/mumbling.

Her face expression seems like she is being dictated. Further points of pauses she took between sentences are not like she has memorized it. Question is whether she was wired also during her hearing session in JIT which is more crucial

She was either being dictated or she was uttering (with pauses of course) what ever she had memorized prior to her speech.
