I don't the speaker will decide the vote of no confidence to conducted in secret because her main objective is to save the president. I have followed the Parliament sitings I have noticed that speaker is not neutral she always shows which party she belongs to and that has portrait her as a partisan! She doesn't even qualify to lead the country as a President,but herself she's not aware of that!
