  I truly believe that Rachel would have chosen Peter if he didn't have a problem with the engagement. She tried so hard to stick by him in the hopes that he would change his mind and want to propose. You could clearly see from their goodbye and even when they were brought back together after the fact, that Peter had her heart. The final proposal with Brian even seemed a bit awkward, as though she was forcing a smiling face when in reality she could only think of Peter.

  I agree totally with Cindy and Marcia. Rachel really wanted Peter and went with Bryan off a rebound because Peter wasn't ready to marry her. Bryan should see that from the clip.

  I think Rachel wanted Peter more but in the end chose a ring on her finger. It makes me wonder how Bryan felt after watching her and Peter's last night.
  Bryan and Rachel will probably be happy though.
