Should you encourage non-developer staff to learn coding skills?
Yes, such skills can now be relevant across our front- and back-office teams and a wider take-up will be beneficial to our business
Not yet, however we can see the business benefits and such training could be on the agenda in the future
No, we would have concerns about quality, control and supervision and don’t think such a move is a sensible step forward
