Mr butterman this is about Hosmer not mouskoukis or however you spell his name. Ron Washington would be a better manager, he only lets out an occasional silent fart.

The moose is loose. The Braves need him. His influence may help to stop Snitker from farting on the bench and may have him reduce his pull my finger jokes.

I believe the Yankees belief in Greg Bird cost Hosmer a chance for signing in the Bronx where I projected him to sign three years ago. With that said I still believe there is an opportunity for him to sign for 8 years & 150 million. I believe his youthful demeanor and championship level of play make him a natural fit with any club in need of a first baseman. The problem not many teams need one. This will cost him money. I believe Eric more than many players has great intangibles as he is a positive influence in the dug out and a leader on the field. Other players congregate towards him

I've heard people predict he will go to NYY, and one says CLE will sign him. NYY has Greg Bird and want to get UNDER luxury tax starting next yr, and CLE cannot afford him! BoSox could take a look since they think they need to outspend NYY and Dombrowsky loves his new payroll. Not sure where he lands though.
