That's the problem with a poll like this. Just cos we want Bilic to go doesn't mean we want Sam to replace him.

As this area is very raw with Bilic attitudes being varied, to me we need to let Bilic go now and and take the pressure of him which must be hurting as well as us, no favours with him remaining and players not knowing what is to happen strikes more disaster for us as a team, we need Noble to stabilise the team with the board giving out clear signals on our future, even a temp figure would be helpful with a direction till a new manager is found, I do feel sorry for Bilic overall even though he has not helped himself over his manager career, sometime they work and sometimes they don't, and do not forget Payet was the jewel that all went wrong for all. No matter who is the manager.no matter how good or bad the manager.you would have thought the players who get paid enough win or lose would have a bit more pride and play better to win you constantly see half hearted attempts made .prrsonally one for me is Carroll. What has he really contributed to any game he has been in the last few weeks other than pick up red card.overdue for another injury isn’t he.hair band falling out might do it.seriously all this manager this and that fault maybe.but the players play a big part too whether getting motivated by manager or not.they get paid to play for the club so play and stop being such overpaid kids.wait for the hits to come back at me.

The loudest mouths HATE Allardyce with a vengence, while I've always felt the silent majority were OK with him..... But this poll is laughable; people want Allardyce back? - On C+H??? What an utterly fickle lot we are!

I would like big sam to return as caretaker manager as he done a great job at West Ham before and I would be happy if we get him and see how he gets on with it than by end of season hopefully the bored might take him on as full time position. I had never seen West Ham play so badly like that on Friday losing to Brighton 3-0 thats unbelievable and I think we need to have new owners brought in to be honest.

What a bullshit poll. We might all be smarting from last night’s abject performance but things like this do nothing to help. Neither of these choices are realistic if the club is to move forward. But the club won’t until the owners have sold up and fucked off for good. It’s about time that all fans woke up and realised that Sullivan, Gold and Brady were responsible for hiring Bilic and are now just as culpable for not wielding the axe. He’s the symptom. They’re the disease. Sell up. Fuck off.

We need new owners, they are the problem and that clueless WOMAN!! she is the problem at the club, we have no ambition what so ever just to make them idiots money!
