We pay our many politicans a generous wage, as well as benefits, allowances and superannuation. Do they earn it?

Yes. For the most part, they work hard, and are never "off duty".

No way. Plenty of people work hard and don't get a ride on the gravy train.

Here's an idea: Let's have fewer of them, but still pay them well.
