No, it's not fair. But it is better to have drug-injecting addicts off the street.
Yes. Taxpayers fund all kinds of things they wouldn't choose to - if they only had a say on how their money is spent.
No. They are injecting illegal drugs and could be cleared from the street by being placed under arrest.
