Sexual misconduct allegations have led many entertainment companies to sever all ties with offenders. Is that always a fair response?
Of course - the degree of misconduct doesn't matter. A message of zero tolerance does.
Not always - punishment for offenders is long overdue, but honesty and remorse should count for something in cases that didn't involve assault.
