I hate uneducated People when it comes to drug addiction. I worked in the drug addiction field for two years. They are human beings just like everyone. That need help and understanding. So yes i do agree on needle exchange program or any programs that helps with drug addiction. Don't judge until you know thier story. And instead of being negative towards them. Help

I understand that it saves tax payers money and helps prevent the spread of HIV but it's always allowing them free supplies to keep their drug habit going. If they can buy the drug, they can buy the needles. End of story.
