    Hermes delivered my (overseas) parcel to the wrong address in town, even obligingly sending me a photograph of a door I didn't recognise as proof. OK, people make mistakes, I thought, but, shockingly, as at Dec 2019 there seems to be NO WAY of contacting customer services. The phone number refers back to the website and suggests webchat which doesn't seem to exist any longer. The advertised email is discontinued and refers back to the unhelpful website. Round and round I went.
    This is really so far below any acceptable practice that I can hardly believe it.

    Just wondering what I can do about this.

    we had a parcel delivered by a yodel driver left on our step and then watched a hermes driver drop a parcel off for us and took the other with him, captured all on cctv and in my eyes its theft spoke to Derbyshire constabulary another waste of time not interested,and no apology from hermes never trust them
