Should young drivers be required to buy and display a decal on their car indicating they're still learning to drive?

I worked in insurance for many years, and Laurie is absolutely correct! ...discriminating against young drivers by labeling/marking their vehicle(s) with a sticker will definitely open-up opportunities for abuse by aggressive drivers. And then our young drivers with very good driving abilities will get blamed for collisions that may not even be their fault.
All drivers need to respect each other on the road and drive safely at all times as there are young and old drivers alike on our roads. What next, discriminating against 65+ drivers and mandate a sticker for them!??

Make the signs optional, if you don't want drivers behind you getting upset, buy and display the sign! No new law!

I think puting these stickers on a new drivers car marks the new driver for possible abuse, aggresdion and road rage by other impatient drivers making the new drivers vulnerable

One constituent complains and they have to pass legislation? Ridiculous! & they have to pay for the sticker? How stupid is that? New drivers havnt needed a sticker in all these years they don't need one now! If they pass this idiotic law let the state pay for the sticker. Some legislator must have family or a friend who owns a sticker business!

Do you really think this is about safety? Look at the statement its about the state forcing unman dated taxes upon the citizens again.
