She cannot sing any longer. She was struggling to reach notes -- and it wasn't because it was cold. At least she was sober for her performance this year. I hope they never ask her back again.

I'm such a true fan of hers this performance was excruciatingly awful... I honestly had to look at the poll to see if ppl were going to be honest in order for me to vote... Since most thought it was great, im going to say it was great too.. only because I love her more than her voice that is obviously gone... forever :(

The woman is amazing! A total diva and I love it! To come back after last year and to stand up there in the freezing cold half dressed in a beautiful gown and sing like that....WOW! She deserves a lot of praise and credit for that! Well done girl!!!!

She was great and sexy , she is a super star. Enjoyed watching her preform. Seeing her two kids at her side was also great. Means she also a great mother. Talent she has everything.

For those who said it was amazing are you tone deaf? I have sung for years and if you don't use your voice or even over use it and don't take care of it properly it is gone. The cold has nothing to do with it, other singers like Nick Jonas sang very well. She is washed up and ok very rated and her diva attitude is ridiculous. No cup of tea, she doesn't know what suffering is

Legendary-to sing in that temperature sucking in air that literally could freeze your throat is remarkable and to carry those notes breathing in that air - legendary! ANd unlike abover her voice is not shot---- 3F my friend you try breathing in that air while singing!!!!!!

Her voice is shot and she should give it up! It was painful to my ears! I used to be a fan but bowing out gracefully when the bloom has fallen from the rose would be a better option!

Mariah Carey is a legend as a : performer, songwriter, songstress with an amazing range, and of course, a DIVA in all meanings of the word. It's just a shame her emotions sometimes tarnish her star a bit. However, emotions are what make our species unique in this marvelous galaxy! It's fitting that one of our best and brightest should possess a bit more.
