Why"Right Interventions" elude the left main disease ?
Confusing data , still perceived superiority of PCI and of course the sense of accomplishment without the need of surgeon !
Poorly Informed patients and their natural preference to choose non surgical modality !
Ignorance ,thrill and pride of doing PCI and the lack of patient centered thinking !
He is my patient & "I can do anything attitude" and other non academic issues.
Lack of reliable, good, communicable surgeon in same hospital or near by !
Stop the nonsense. PCI for Left main is going on right direction , don't bring a negative attitude to growth of science !
