Should federal prosecutors be able to decide how pot laws are enforced in states that have legalized the drug?

The Pot train has left the station. Most Americans appear to believe pot is relatively harmless (but not completely harmless). Prohibition was tried for alcohol and failed miserably. Organized crime will be back in the driver's seat, putting pot profits to work in a variety of illegal enterprises from loan sharking to sex trafficking. Sessions needs to let each State figure it out through regulations/penalties to control access and keep pot out of the hands of kids. Taxes on pot will provide a new source of revenue from dollars that might otherwise have gone to criminals. Law enforcement resources can be re-tasked to focus on violent crime, the opioid epidemic, etc.

Funny how the republicans are all about states rights until its something that they perceive to be against "natural law". Whatever the hell that may be.
