If you haven't made changes, but feel you should what keeps you from it?
too much work
too complicated
the risk of illness isn't real to me
I know I should, but don't have the desire
why bother
a body at rest tends to stay at rest
not concerned about my health
it's too late to start
cant' remember what it's like to feel good
don't have any support
thinking of immediate gradification and not long term consequences
haven't found my motivation
not convicted
it gets boring
can't have any fun then
