Absolutely he killed two people and injured 18 there’s no winner in this Case his parents lost him to jail the other two parents lost their kids forever until Ithey meet again in heaven prayers Too everyone affected by this tragedy

What needs to happen is common sense gun control reform.
He is a minor, and whatever adult allowed him access to the gun is at fault.
When are we going to start prosecuting those who allow crimes to happen due to negligence?
