Question for Luz. Could you please explain your comment about it being illegal for anyone to remain in a car parked in a handicap space. What you stated makes no sense to me. Thanks

I’ve parked in a handicap space. My battery was dead and it was the only place to park in order to get my cruiser safely off the street.

Another violation regarding handicap parking is commited by the holders themselves. Is against the law to park in a handicap parking spot and remain in the vehicle. You can't park, and either driver, or passenger remain in the vehicle. I come across this all the time at Stop & Shop at the Liberty Plaza, Price Rite on Boston Road, and Save a Lot also on Liberty Street. You should continue your investigation, and bring this also to everyone's attention.

Ya and 90% of drivers use their blinkers, cleaned snow completely off their car, don't cut corners, and pull out of parking lots on the left side. Lol
