Surgical removal of clot with Mitral valvotomy if valve is suitable

Surgical removal clot with Mitral valve replacement if valve is not suitable for valvotomy

PTMC can still be done with LA clot if its not large.

Percutaneaus clot removal with clot capture basket and PTMC

PTMC with Aortic filter

A course (Few months) of oral anitcoagulants or Heparin and follow it with PTMC
