If NJ approves the legalization of recreational marijuana, should counties and municipalities have the right to ban its sale in their jurisdiction?

If you want to ban marijuana in your county that fine, but only if you ban liquor stores too. Your your not going to ban liquor stores only weed then your ideology is outdated and hypocrite

When marijuana becomes legal in New Jersey it should be available to be punched in all counties and municipalities, very similar to the sales of alcohol, not even to mention the profits it will generate in our communities.

They should have the right to ban it in their jurisdiction. America is a democracy. However, they shouldn't get any benefits ie. funding, from the sales in other jurisdictions.

We all love marijuana. It's great. I smoke a lot and It just gets everyone together with good times and great adventures. Legalize it. Also less violence would occur.

A county or municipalities that doesnot participate should not benefit in the rewards brought aabout by the sales!!

Toms River citizens claim that marijuana is going to bring in rowdy black teenagers. Municipalities are ran less qualified politicians that come from backgrounds like churches. Let the state handle it.
