This is not about the legal firearm. It is about an accessory that makes the legal firearm illegal. Make bump stocks legal and allow them as any other weapon. Pay the $200 lifetime fee and be done with it.

I call bullshit, Henry and citizen35. Nobody is taking your murder weapons away from you, the question was about bumpstocks...NOT needed for anything but to inflict the maximum amount of damage. You don't need them to hunt, you don't need them for target shooting. The only thing they are good for is killing. AMERICA does not need these to be legal.
