Big Gas SUV or Tiny Electric Car
No question; I care not for the environment and want me a big SUV.
No question; I care not for my safety nor for the safety of my passengers; tiny electric car for me.
No question; I live in the Northern States and need something with at least ten inches of clearence and big wheels that can handle snow-covered hilly roads.
No question; I live in a densly populated urban center and a tiny car is perfect since my commute is two miles a day. But, not electric; I need something that makes noise so that pedestrians looking at their phones will hear me coming.
No question; we're part of the Quill Movement and need something capable of lugging twelve kids around. Big SUV for us.
No question; my employer provides free recharging stations for electric cars. It's like getting an extra benefit while employees with gas cars get nothing and have to park farther away. Suckers!
No question; I'm an Engineer with no kids but a decent understanding of mass and its relationship to energy. Big SUV for me . . . but everyone else should have tiny cars, be they electric or not.
I own one of each, but take the bus to work each day.
No question; I get a subsidy, don't have to pay gasoline taxes while I still get to use public roads, and I love looking down my nose at people who can't afford expensive electric vehicle. Big Electric SUV for me.
Hey! No fair! That's not one of the choices!
