The best American Idol ever. Could not would not miss a bit of it. Can not praise your host Ryan an the panel of judges Lional, Katy an Luke enough. They made it so much fun to watch. Lional so honest an sincere, Katy so much fun an love for music, Luke a genuine gentleman open an honest. They made it so real with their comments an advice for these up coming stars. So much talent in these finalists, an America got it right this season. I just loved it.

You speak of softer criticism yet there is none at all. I've heard nothing negative with the 10 finalists and there is plenty to say. the choice of many boring songs, changing the originals songs too much. They never mention when someone's off key or is not showing enough emotion. Absolutely awful judges. The talent is subpar in the show is not going to make it anymore

I was so happy American Idol was back . Well, it’s not ! These judges are rediculous. So unprofessional and hard to take serious. No longer a fan . For my family and myself , American Idol is not back .

Katy Perry is annoying and self-absorbed. It is agonizingly evident that she is disrespectful to Lionel Richie...it's so unacceptably RUDE!!! Lionel commands and deserves the most respect from contestants and I think she knows it and resents it. Bottom line, Katy Perry is not ready to judge anyone until she removes the giant log of narcissism from her eyes!

We like there judges in their normal musical gigs, but very unprofessional in this setting. I feel Simon Cowel (sp) is cringing every time he sees this 2018 version of American Idol. Even the Contestant seemed taken aback by their attitudes. So totally unprofessional. Even the
contestants seem totally taken aback. Sad!

I never thought that American Idol could be improved, but this year the judges are better than EVER BEFORE! They have such dynamic chemistry, and they are so lovingly interactive with the contestants that 2018 season is THE BEST EVER!!

We have watched American Idol for years.
But no more - Katy is disgusting. She flirts with all the boys, and shes too touchy with them. She's not a good match for a family show. Shows hard to watch.

I absolutely love the show. The judges are very refreshing!!!! I’m glued to the TV. They have great Chemistry.

Absolutely hard to watch. The talent they are letting through is sub par. If one of the guys would have stole a kiss from one of the young ladies on the show, it would have been considered “wrong”. Why can she get away with it? Luke and Katy are really bad. I won’t watch.
