Does an expanded homeless shelter create more problems than it solves?
It's a problem either way. I don't care what happens.
It's worth it to help the homeless.
A bigger shelter will reduce number of men on the streets and boost nearby property values.
It will bring more homeless to the area, not solving the overall problem.
More planning needs to be done first.
