I have had prompt service with farmalistlo.com. They accept US credit cards and shipping is fast (26 hours) and to my door in Xico, Ver. I also buy from amazon.com.mx and they not only take my cards, but also use our same US account user id and password. Again service is fast and to my house in Veracruz.

One must remember that, yes, Mercado Libre does serve Mexico, it is a South American based website. Hence, you will discover glitches with USA based credit cards and other technicalities. Also their customer service is not very responsive nor good.
Also, one must be very wary of counterfeit items. It's filled with them. They do not police the site like eBay does.

We have had many good experiences with mercado libre and one bad one. one needs to check the seller reputations carefully.

Frustrated that Mercado Libre will not take my US-based credit cards. I don’t have any problem using these at merchants in Oaxaca.

I purchased two appliances through Mercado Libre. The sellers did NOT deliver, after items were paid for. I did get refunds in both cases.
Very inconvenient. NO more !!!

I have had two very BAD experiences with purchases. The return policy is dreadful! Products end up costing you twice as much.
