By signing this document you agree that the design, any supporting documents submitted by you, and the finished chair is the property of the Jacksonville Public Library. If your design is chosen your name and winning design will be used on Jacksonville Public Library social media sites and in print materials where describing this event.

By participating in the Jacksonville Public Library Deck the Chair Design Contest, each entrant agrees that s/he has read and agrees to be bound by the contest's official rules. Each entrant further understands that if her/his design is selected as the winner, s/he will relinquish all claims, rights, and benefits related to the display, modification, reproduction, publication, distribution, use, and other exploitations of the work, awarded to the winning entry.
